Ominous looking indeed, but that did not take away from its charm.
Dark dramatic clouds are always fascinating. This one is no exeption - it is gorgeous.
Dramatic and and beautiful!!
Exellent shot!
Perfect catch for SWF! In the sky, there is no distinction of east and west; people create distinctions out of their own minds and then beleive them to be true. Mine’s up too hope you can drop by… Happy SWF!
Looks a bit threatening!! Beautiful though!
I can almost hear the thunder rolling in.
Yes, it does look a bit spooky... I love a good thunderstorm though... I am always out there watching it as much as I can!
Mountain Retreat
Storm and beautiful shot.
So beautiful and mystical! Great photos! Very well done! Congrats on your award! Wonderul blog and this is a great post as well!!
Ah, just before the storm - great capture of the dark fluffy clouds.
Oh! I like that sky shot! Very dramatic!!
Junie
seems like lot of places have some dark and mysterious storm clouds.
Nice
Nice clouds!
Thank you for visiting my blog!
You can see the thunder in those clouds! I also love the picture in your previous post, with the birds.
Certainly looks like a pending storm! Beautiful drama!
Stormy clouds. Makes an otherwise blue sky look more exciting. With thunder and lightening it scares the dogs and cats. I just like a nice cloudy sky without the sound effects. LOL
WOW, that cloud has a "mood" on. Great SWF!
oh! those look mean skies for sure..
Ominous skies for sure! Such a HUGE contrast to the skies I shared at Sacred Ruminations this morning. Thanks for all your recent comments on both of my blogs ... I'm still trying to catch up on responses, but appreciate you taking the time to visit ;--)
Hugs and blessings,
I hope the storm had a soothing, cleansing affect!
Thank you, everyone, for your lovely comments. I've enjoyed your SWF photographs very much! Thank you for sharing. :-)
They look spooky thanks for the comment and the name compliment...lol
Sandy, yes, it did. It brought the humidity down and made the world seem new! :-)
nice swf photo and such dark clouds
That sure did look like a storm waiting to happen. :-)
very beautiful..nice shot..
I love all of the details in the clouds & that little "split" to the upper right where a hint of light peeks through. Very cool!
I love ominous clouds!
My good !
Very cloudy !
Thank you, everyone! :-)
Very Nice :)
they may be ominous but they are spectacular!
Tina,
I am a little behind in visiting with you and I apologize. With watching the boys all week and most of last week, I haven't had a minute to breath and then the renovations on top of that. *sigh*
Please drop by my Writing Nook and enter my Harvest Giveaway.
Those ominous clouds are very interesting. We had a bad thunderstorm here as well.
Blessings,
Mary
